🛒 Buy now – how it works

Buy now is the safest and quickest way to shop on BATNER. You pay by card right in the app or on the website, the seller ships the item, and you can see your whole order clearly in one place.

🔎 How can I tell if I can use Buy now?

You'll see a Buy now button on the listing and a blue Card payment badge on the seller's profile. This means the seller has verified their identity through the Stripe payment gateway and can accept card payments.

🧾 How buying works

• Tap Buy now, choose the quantity and your delivery address.
• You can also add other items from the same seller, so you only pay shipping once.
• Pay by card. Payments are secured by Stripe, and your bank may ask you to verify the payment (3D Secure).
• The seller will ship your order within 7 days. You'll see its status and tracking number in the order. Until it's shipped, you can cancel the order and your money will be refunded automatically.
• Once your item arrives, confirm delivery. That's it! If something's wrong, choose Report a problem in the order.

💬 Making an offer

If the seller allows offers, you can send them one in the chat. If they accept, you'll pay the agreed price per item through Buy now.

📦 Minimum order

The minimum order through Buy now is $4 for the items (excluding shipping). You can still buy something cheaper if you add more of it or other items from the same seller. Offers agreed in the chat have no minimum.
