💼 Selling with Buy Now

With Buy Now buyers pay you by card right away. You just ship and the money comes to your account.

✅ Getting started

In your profile activate Stripe payments.
Complete the Stripe verification – your details, ID document and the bank account for payouts.
Once verified, your profile shows the Card payment badge and your listings get the Buy Now button.

📦 When an order comes in

You get a notification; the order is in My sales.
Pack the item well and ship it within 7 days.
Mark it Shipped and enter the carrier and the tracking number. It cannot be done without a tracking number – it is your best proof of shipping.
The buyer confirms delivery.

⏰ If you do not mark the order as shipped, we remind you on day 5, and on day 7 the order is cancelled automatically and the buyer refunded.

❌ I do not have the item – cancelling

If the item is gone, cancel the order in the order detail. The buyer is refunded automatically. Please do not cancel often – buyers rely on you shipping.

The buyer can cancel until you ship. Ship quickly and always mark the order as shipped.

⚠️ The buyer reported a problem

If the buyer reports a problem (not arrived, damaged, wrong item…), their description and photos arrive in your chat. Sort it out together. You can refund – fully or partly – in your Stripe account (Payments → the payment → Refund). The order on BATNER updates by itself.

If you cannot agree, the buyer may ask their bank to dispute the card payment. You respond to such a dispute in your Stripe account – the tracking number, photos and chat help you.

💸 When do I get paid

The payment goes straight to your Stripe account and is paid out to your bank 14 days after the payment. You can see payments and payouts in your Stripe account.

💰 Fees

Listing is free. BATNER takes a commission from the goods price of every Buy Now sale and Stripe deducts its card payment fee – see Fees and commission.

🤝 Fair dealing

Describe items truthfully, including defects.
Reply to buyers.
Do not block a buyer who has paid – if there is a problem, contact support. Blocks during an order are always reported to us.
Do not offer payment outside BATNER.

⚠️ Repeated fraud reports or rule breaking can lead to suspended selling and temporarily paused payouts from Stripe. We always tell you why in the support chat.
