🛒 Buy Now – how it works

Buy Now is the safest and fastest way to buy on BATNER. You pay by card in the app or on the web, the seller ships the item and you see the whole order in one place.

🔎 How do I know I can use Buy Now?

The listing shows a Buy Now button and the seller has a blue Card payment badge – the seller verified their identity with the Stripe payment gateway.

🧾 How it works

• Tap Buy Now, choose the quantity and your delivery address.
• You can add more items from the same seller – you pay shipping only once.
• Pay by card. The payment is secured by Stripe; your bank may ask you to confirm it (3D Secure).
• The seller ships within 7 days – you see the status and the tracking number. Until it is shipped you can cancel and you are refunded automatically.
• When the item arrives, confirm delivery. Done! If something is wrong, choose Report a problem in the order.

💬 Making an offer

If the seller allows offers, you can send one in the chat. Once accepted, you pay the agreed price for one item via Buy Now.

📦 Minimum order

The minimum Buy Now order is 100 CZK for goods (shipping not included). Add more pieces or other items from the same seller to reach it. Offers agreed in the chat have no minimum.
