2. Use of the Service 2.1. The Service provides a platform for sellers to place advertisements and buyers to browse and communicate with sellers. 2.2. Batner.com enables sellers and buyers to connect and engage in transactions. However, Batner.com does not endorse, guarantee, or assume any responsibility for the relationship between sellers and buyers, including any disputes that may arise. 2.3. Users are solely responsible for any interactions, agreements, or transactions conducted with other users of the Service. 2.4. It is strictly forbidden to sell medicines, weapons, drugs, or endangered species of animals without proper CITES documentation. If you are selling an animal, it must be photographed. Additionally, the offer of sexual aids, sexual services, or any non-legal services or products under US law is prohibited on the platform.

3. Content and Intellectual Property 3.1. Users retain ownership of the content they submit or upload to the Service. 3.2. By using the Service, you grant Batner.com and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display your content in connection with the Service. 3.3. You warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to grant the aforementioned license and that your content does not infringe upon any third-party rights. 3.4. The updated Terms will be posted on the Batner.com website or within the mobile application. 8.2.
